Education provider status
| Level | What it means | What it permits |

| Candidate Partner | An application or required review is in progress | No Preferred claim and only the access stated for the application route |
| Verified Education Partner | The provider and approved authority or Offering records have passed the required checks | Participation for the approved organisation, role, markets and Offerings |
| Preferred Education Partner | The provider also meets the service, transparency, partner-support and continuing-review requirements | Preferred status for the scope shown on the current record |
| Strategic Education Partner | A multi-market or strategic relationship has additional agreed service and governance arrangements | The services, entities and markets stated in the strategic record |

Recruitment organisation status

| Verified Recruitment Member | The organisation, offices, markets, services and key controls have passed review | Relevant opportunities for the approved profile |
| Preferred Recruitment Member | The organisation also meets the professional coverage, student-service and continuing-quality requirements | Preferred participation for the approved markets and services |
| Strategic / Regional Member | A regional, distributor, group or network relationship has additional scope and controls | The offices, entities, markets and functions stated in the record |

| Certified International Education Advisor | Individual | The holder completed the required learning, assessment and conduct steps and remains current |
| Preferred Education Advisor | Individual working through an eligible route | The professional credential, affiliation, required training and current role conditions are met |
