Review and quality
EducationB2B facilitates service cooperation without replacing either party
The platform reviews service information, presents capability, matches actual client requirements and records agreed milestones. Service providers and clients remain responsible for procurement, contracting, delivery and payment.
Organisation, contact and service-category review
EducationB2B reviews core records. It is not the purchaser and does not make procurement decisions for clients.
Service presentation, authority and client matching
EducationB2B confirms the service profile and relevant authority. It does not promise or guarantee client numbers, contracts or service revenue.
Client meetings, pilots and Deal Rooms
EducationB2B arranges qualified discussions. It does not replace the service provider in contracting, delivery, invoicing or refunds.
Online and in-person discussions
EducationB2B supports partnership meetings. It does not collect or handle client contract payments, service fees or compensation.
API, data and security assessment records
EducationB2B retains relevant assessment evidence. It does not collect unrelated student data and does not own students.
Events, joint marketing and market information
EducationB2B supports appropriate sector activity. It does not introduce unlicensed regulated services to clients.
Membership evidence and review priorities
- Core requirement — a verifiable legal entity, registered address, official contact details and application administrator.
- Core requirement — clear service categories, target clients, service territories and service scope.
- Core requirement — valid authority or a compliant partner structure for regulated activity.
- Core requirement — clear operating, contracting and data-control responsibilities.
- Core requirement — stated third-party dependencies, subcontractors, data protection, SLAs, refunds and complaint rules.
- Core requirement — no unresolved material fraud, data-security, financial, student-safety or regulatory issue.
- Optional supporting evidence may include client cases, references, renewals and service results. It may also include ISO, SOC or other security assurance; SLA attainment and uptime; technical and integration material; local teams, qualifications, training and incident exercises.
- CRM or EdTech — APIs, permissions, uptime, migration, security incidents and audit records.
- Accommodation — inventory, cancellation, deposits, refunds, student safety and local contacts.
- Insurance — underwriting entity, regulatory authority, exclusions, claims SLA and fee disclosure.
- Payment — KYC/AML, safeguarding of funds, exchange rates, refunds, payment tracing and disputes.
- Data — source, authority, accuracy, update frequency, permitted use and retention.
- Marketing and lead services — student authority, attribution, advertising accuracy, lead scope, repeat-sale limits and opt-out.
- Guardianship — service authority, staff background checks, 24-hour contact, incident reporting, family communication and emergency procedures.
- Application and document services — data security, document verification, translation quality, processing SLA, authority and service boundaries.
- Legal, immigration, insurance, payment, guardianship and other regulated services must provide the required authority; a service that does not meet this requirement cannot enter the relevant client-introduction process.
Membership review confirms that the organisation exists, its service boundaries are clear and its delivery capability matches the service offered; it is not an award and does not require a perfect operating history. The standard review period is 3–6 months from formal review of a complete application. Time awaiting additional information, interviews, demonstrations or specialist explanations is excluded. If EducationB2B makes a final decision that the applicant does not meet membership requirements, fees paid for that application are refunded in full. Voluntary withdrawal, false information or concealed material facts are handled under the contract. Annual membership begins only after formal approval. Approval does not promise client introductions, procurement contracts or service revenue, and client and service information remains subject to authorised access. Review membership fees and terms.

Before you apply
Questions service partners ask before joining
Does membership automatically provide client leads?
No. EducationB2B arranges introductions according to an actual requirement, service category, territory, budget, technical conditions, procurement stage and verified fit.
What is a qualified client introduction?
It identifies the client organisation, service requirement, applicable territory, responsible contact and discussion time and records the client's agreement to the introduction. A list or bulk message is not a qualified introduction.
Who handles the client contract and payment?
The service provider and client contract, deliver, pay, invoice, refund and resolve disputes directly. EducationB2B is not the purchaser or guarantor.
Must we establish a local entity in every service market?
That depends on the service and local regulation. An approved in-market delivery partner or subcontractor may be used, but it must be disclosed in advance.
Can we present a regulated service without the required authority?
No. A service cannot enter a regulated-service introduction without the required authority. An adjacent unregulated service may be considered separately where its boundaries are clear.
What student data will a service partner receive?
Only the minimum data required for the authorised service. Purpose, term, access, subprocessors, deletion and security responsibility must be defined.
Does EducationB2B charge a referral commission?
The standard model uses membership, review, activity and service-support charges. Any separate referral fee or revenue share must be written into the contract.
Can we use subcontractors?
Yes, but the subcontractor's identity, territory, responsibility, data processing, security requirements and SLA must be disclosed. The service provider remains accountable.
Can one provider serve both institutions and recruitment organisations?
Yes, provided conflicts of interest are disclosed and confidential information is separated.
What can sponsorship or advertising provide?
Sponsorship provides only the agreed visibility and activity participation and is identified as Sponsored. It cannot purchase review, introductions, ranking or status.
Does approval remain valid indefinitely?
No. Annual review applies, and a material change to authority, service scope, subcontractors, complaints or the business may trigger a specialist review.
Can one organisation list several service categories?
Yes, but each category is reviewed separately. Regulated, financial, insurance, under-18 or deeply integrated services may require additional fees and evidence.
What happens after a security incident or client complaint?
The provider must notify as required by the contract and law, contain the impact, submit a report and complete remediation. A material incident may result in suspension.
How should service ROI be assessed?
Qualified meetings, pilots, implemented clients, SLA attainment, satisfaction, renewals and attributed activity can be measured. EducationB2B does not guarantee revenue.
