An enquiry, application, member account, event registration and credential record each require different information and access rules.
- Public enquiries, applications, membership, events, credentials and security records are used for the purpose stated when they are collected
- Access is limited by the user’s role, organisation, partnership and the sensitivity of the information

- Restricted information is not sold or published as an open directory
