The glossary separates organisation status, professional credentials, verification, matching and commercial service plans.
- Preferred is a current standards-based network status, not a paid ranking
- Verified means that a specific fact was checked against stated records
- Certified applies to an individual credential issued under published requirements
- A Match means that an agency meets the requirements recorded in a provider brief; it is not an appointment or endorsement
- A Market Mandate records the recruitment market, partner requirements, capacity, terms and information-sharing rules
