- Student-facing benefits are described accurately and consistently
- Commercial benefits state the partnership, calculation and documents required
- Personal inducements, hidden incentives and benefits that distort suitable advice are not permitted

What is public — and what stays private
Standards and membership requirements are public. Member names, programmes, Market Mandates, contacts, application records and commercial terms are private.
